Tesla is sending its most unconventional vehicle overseas. The company confirmed it will officially launch the Cybertruck in South Korea on August 29, marking the country as the first international market for the stainless-steel electric pickup.

Two models will be available: the dual-motor All-Wheel Drive version with an estimated 323 miles of range, and the high-performance Cyberbeast, capable of around 308 miles.

Prices are steep—$104,000 for the AWD and $115,000 for the Cyberbeast—placing the truck firmly in the luxury category.

Reservation holders will get an early one-week priority period to finalize orders with a $14,300 deposit before sales open to the wider public on September 5.

Despite weighing over 8,500 pounds, the Cybertruck offers muscle-car acceleration. The tri-motor Cyberbeast sprints from zero to 62 mph in just 2.7 seconds and tops out at 130 mph, while the AWD version reaches 112 mph.

It’s also built for utility, with nearly 11,000 pounds of towing capacity, more than 120 cubic feet of cargo space, and shatter-resistant glass.

Tesla is debuting new features on the pickup as well, including steer-by-wire handling, adaptive air suspension that adjusts in milliseconds, and a vehicle-to-load power system.

True to its futuristic promise, the Cybertruck’s design is unlike anything on the road. The stainless-steel exoskeleton, razor-sharp silhouette, and full-width light bars make it instantly recognizable, while the interior carries the same bold lines through the steering wheel, center console, and seating layout.

South Korea might seem like an unlikely destination for Tesla’s first Cybertruck export, but it reflects the country’s status as one of the most tech-forward and EV-hungry markets in the world.

Deliveries are scheduled to begin in late November, giving Korean drivers the first chance outside the U.S. to experience Tesla’s most radical vehicle to date.
