BoA, often referred to as the “Queen of K-pop” and a longtime artist under South Korea’s SM Entertainment, is celebrating her 25th debut anniversary with the release of her 11th studio album, Crazier, on August 4.

The album features 11 tracks, including the title track “Crazier,” self-written songs such as “It Takes Two” and “How Could,” and a special fan tribute called “Clockwise.”

SM Entertainment described the release as a meaningful milestone that captures BoA’s musical journey over the past 25 years and her enduring connection with fans, known as Jumping BoA.

“It doesn’t feel particularly different just because it’s the 25th anniversary, but sometimes I do think, ‘Has it really been that long?’” BoA shared. “It’s been five years since my last full-length album, Better, and I wanted to show fans different sides of me—especially vocally. I hope they enjoy it.”

BoA debuted in 2000 at the age of 14 with the single “ID; Peace B” and quickly rose to prominence across Asia.

She became one of the first Korean artists to break into the Japanese market, achieving multiple million-selling albums, and made her U.S. debut in 2009 with the English-language single “Eat You Up,” helping to lay the foundation for the global K-pop movement.
