Ablume, a three-member girl group composed of former FIFTY FIFTY members Aran, Saena, and Sio, has announced a smooth start in the global market simultaneously with their debut.
NSENM, a comprehensive entertainment company, announced on the 12th that its wholly-owned subsidiary Massive VNC’s girl group ablume debuted on the 9th with their first single title track ‘Echo’, which has already charted high on several international music charts, drawing attention from global fans.
With their first digital single ‘Echo’, ablume secured the No. 1 spot on iTunes K-Pop charts, as well as No. 1 on Amazon Music’s overall and new song charts, proving their successful debut and global influence.
Notably, the group topped the iTunes K-Pop daily charts in 11 countries, including the U.S. and U.K., while also ranking high in 10 other countries, such as Brazil, showcasing their widespread appeal.
Their b-side track, ‘Never Far Away (Prologue)’, also performed well, reaching No. 1 on iTunes K-Pop daily charts in six countries, including the U.K. and Australia, and No. 2 in 10 countries, such as the U.S. and Sweden.
This isn’t the first time ablume has captured global listeners’ attention. Previously, their music entered the Top 10 on the Billboard charts, demonstrating their strong influence in the global K-pop market. Additionally, with the recruitment of Kim Chang-joon, Chairman of the Korea-U.S. Research Institute (former U.S. Congressman) and a pioneer in private diplomacy between Korea and the U.S., ablume is expected to receive strategic advice and support for their North American expansion, further boosting their global activities.
Ko Byung-chul, CEO of NSENM, stated, “We are delighted that ablume’s first single has been well-received in several countries, marking a stable debut. We will continue to support their unique journey in global markets, including North America, with diverse promotions.”
