Taiwan-based memory semiconductor company V-Color Technology has introduced the industry’s first 64GB DDR5 CUDIMM memory kit, targeting the high-performance computing market for professionals requiring powerful computing solutions.

According to V-Color, the 64GB DDR5 CUDIMM memory kit consists of two 32GB memory modules. It is optimized for Intel Core Ultra processors and Z890 motherboards and is set for a global release in the second quarter of this year.

Built on a CUDIMM (Clock Driver Unbuffered DIMM) platform, this memory kit achieves transfer speeds of up to 9000MT/s (megatransfers per second). It is designed for demanding applications such as professional content creation, gaming, high-resolution rendering, and advanced multitasking. CUDIMM technology integrates a Clock Driver IC (CKD) into the memory module, optimizing clock signals and enhancing signal integrity for stable performance in high-speed data transmission environments.

Additionally, V-Color has equipped the 64GB DDR5 CUDIMM memory kit with RGB lighting and a white heatsink, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.

A V-Color representative stated, “The 64GB DDR5 CUDIMM memory kit marks a major milestone in the memory industry. By combining ultra-high capacity with optimized frequency settings, this product ensures exceptional performance for professional applications.”
