Domino’s Pizza Inc., the world’s largest pizza brand, announced on April 2 that it has entered into a strategic partnership with DoorDash, North America’s leading local commerce platform.

Through this collaboration, customers across the U.S. will be able to order from Domino’s menu via the DoorDash app, while deliveries will continue to be fulfilled by Domino’s own drivers. The service is currently in a pilot phase in select locations, with a full nationwide rollout planned for May 2025, followed by expansion into Canada later in the year.

This partnership aims to strengthen Domino’s delivery capabilities and expand its customer base, particularly in suburban and rural areas. Joe Jordan, Domino’s Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations, stated, “The aggregator marketplace represents a $1 billion opportunity for Domino’s. Connecting with DoorDash users will translate into increased sales for our stores.”

Prabir Adarkar, President and Chief Operating Officer of DoorDash, also expressed optimism about the partnership, saying, “With DoorDash’s extensive network and reach, Domino’s will be able to serve millions of customers and drive additional sales.”

DoorDash users will be able to place orders from their nearest Domino’s store through the DoorDash app, with GPS tracking available to monitor deliveries made by uniformed Domino’s drivers in real time. Additionally, DashPass subscribers—DoorDash’s membership program—will enjoy free delivery on orders over $12. However, Domino’s own loyalty program, Domino’s Rewards, will remain exclusive to its official e-commerce platforms.

This collaboration marks another key step in Domino’s strategy to integrate third-party delivery platforms, following its previous partnership with Uber Eats. By leveraging multiple aggregator services, Domino’s aims to boost revenue and attract a broader customer base.
